SAC FLY'S
Jared

1

Not much action for J-Rod in the second half of the 2024 TEA season. Mr. Found made some interesting (non) moves by hanging onto Gerrit Cole, Max Scherzer (franchise tagged), Max Fried, etc. With a pretty standard $269 (before keepers) entering 2025, it may be near a complete redraft for Sac Fly's in 2025. Can Jared get out of the basement next season?

WILD THINGS
Ryan

1

This may be the lowest point we will see Wild Things ever again. The manager is hungry to return back to form in the 2025 season and is loaded going into the auction ($326 before keepers). Rumour has it he is going hard at some of the franchise tagged players entering the auction in 2025 like Aaron Judge & Juan Soto. Some notable young keepers are: James Wood, Julio Rodriguez, & CJ Abrams. Not to mention Ronald Acuna Jr, unanimous 2023 NL MVP, as well. Wild Things could be a force in the 2025 season.

BACKDOOR SLIDERS
Brock

In what might be the most disappointing year in Backdoor Sliders existence, ending the year 7-13, despite coming into 2024 with $366 before keepers. One manager said to the TEA Times that, "It was absolutely pathetic what the Backdoor Sliders did this season. I can guarantee you I will not make the same mistakes with the abundance of cash I have." It appears Backdoor Sliders are loading up on injured pitchers entering 2025 hoping for these pitchers to return to form (Shane Bieber, Shane McClanahan, Sandy Alcantara). With only $265 entering 2025, compared to $366 in 2024, where do the Backdoor Sliders go from here?

FISHING FOR TATERS
Jeremy

In the second half, Sexy Lav made his first ever TEA trade (according to Ryan) by sending Aaron Nolan & Zack Wheeler to Moutsache Strider (a fit the TEA Times identified in the midseason rankings) for Logan Webb (who was later flipped for $5 keeper Jared Jones) and $15. Lav enters 2025 with $285 cash before keepers. Will he enter the franchise tagged player sweepstakes and try and steal Aaron Judge & Juan Soto away from Ryan? Couple sexy boys duking it out!

GOATANI
Brandon

1

The defending champ failed to defend his title in 2024, yet even make the playoffs. Was 2023 a fluke for GOATani? GOATani used 2024 to focus on getting more controllable guys for the future. The core looks nice with Shohei Ohtani (should be pitching again in 2025), Elly De La Cruz, Freddy Peralta, Spencer Strider to name a few. Will it play out how Brandon is hoping?

RUSTCHMAN'S BURGER BAR
Jesse

1

Jesse made things interesting in the second half when he sold off his team and then got HOT! Unfortunately Jesse lost a pivotal matchup vs Dane in week 19 which put the nail in the coffin once Dane won week 20 to secure the last playoff spot. Rustchman's Burger Bar traded away Tyler Glasnow, Bryan Woo, Vladimir Gurrerro Jr, Freddy Peralta, & Josh Hader and now sits second with the most money entering 2025 at $319. However, can Jesse spend all that money? In 2024, he left $33 on the table during the auction. Can Jesse return to his prime days and make the playoffs in 2025?

ALTUVE'S BUZZER BEATERS
Dane

From 11th in our preseason rankings to making the playoffs in only his second year in TEA! Dane won a few key matchups down the stretch to secure the last playoff spot. Quite possibly the most valuable player in all of TEA considering his cost ($10 to keep in 2025), Jarren Duran led the way for Dane in 2024! Jacob DeGrom is nearing his return to action, is he the secret weapon Dane needs to upset a few of the big teams in the playoffs? Stay tuned!

DESIGNATED SHITTERS
Josh

1

It was said in the midseason ranking that Mr. Arny, along with Dane, were the biggest surprises in 2024 and Arny continued to roll in the second half indicating that this was no fluke. Arny means business! Incredible pitching from Chris Sale, Tarik Skubal, Paul Skenes marched Arny into the top 5 of TEA. However, will 2024 be viewed as a fluke for Arny? The Designated Shitters face tremendous challenges in the offseason when he loses Jose Ramirez due to franchise tag and only has $204 before keepers going into next year's auction. Can Arny replicate his 2024 success? Will Paul Skenes win another championship, this time with the Designated Shitters?

CEASE AND DESIST
Tanner

2

Top 3 in points for and top 3 in points against, Tan was bit by the H2H game yet again! That being said, Tan still managed a 13-7 record and secured 3rd place. What really could have been if Cease and Desist hung onto Aaron Judge and Logan Webb at the beginning of the year! Will Tan ruin Dane's day in the playoffs or will Dane shock us all?!

WAMCO
Steven

2

Daddy Sedore fought off the urge to sell off to load up for future years and went all in, in 2024. Mr. Sedore made some big acquisitions in 2024 such as: Tyler Glasnow, Bryan Woo, Juan Soto, Logan Webb, & Blake Snell. WAMCO was 4th in points for and is poised to make a playoff run when he faces off vs #5 seed Designated Shitters in the first round of the playoffs. How will WAMCO make out in 2025 when he loses franchise tagged players Blake Snell, Juan Soto, Yordan Alvarez with only $220 before keepers?

KIRBY'S DREAMLAND
Morgan

1

Morgan bolstered his roster in the second half by added Vladimir Guerrero Jr & Jose Altuve at the deadline to fill the void that Kyle Tucker (did he die?) has left. His pitching remained unchanged from the big SP that has been with Kirby's Dreamland for the entire year. Despite not winning the regular season, Morgan finished first in points for this season. Can Morgan find his way back to the dance or will he fall short? Surely some big names will be entering the 2025 auction from his team!

MOUSTACHE STRIDER
Quinn

2

Our regular season champion, Moustache Strider! Congratulations to Quinn on securing his $300 payout for winning the regular season. Quinn bolstered his already stacked roster by acquiring Aaron Nola, Zack Wheeler, Ketel Marte & Shota Imanaga in the second half. Quinn will enjoy his first round bye while hopefully getting healthy with hopes that Ketel Marte & Fernando Tatis Jr return for his playoff run. Even if Quinn falls short in the playoffs, 2024 was a huge success for Moustache Strider as he has setup himself up to be a consistent contender. Can Quinn sweep 2024 by winning regular season and playoffs?
